First they say have to appeal for my 2 days of unpaid leaves...
BUT ITS UNPAID RIGHT?
Its easy, I dont come, u dont pay me... Simple?
NO! They want to go through some stupid motions by saying :
"Unpaid leave not so simple one",
"Company's policy",
"All the while its like that"
blah blah...
Ok... waited for 1 WHOLE week for their approval... Of cos, it got approved! @*#%
Leslie said i should have just told them i will be taking MC on that 2 days...
Their final conclusion was:"next time, apply for the leave before making any plans"
HELLO! People usually have plans before they will take leaves right?
Dont they have any brains? (maybe they don't have any friends)
What if something happens at the last minute? Do i have to BEG for their approval before letting things happen?
To me, even if i dont apply for my leave in advance, and take urgent unpaid leave, it will still be the same...
Out of respect, i applied my unpaid leave in advance and get this shit? *finger**
So what if others still have their leaves? U should check out their MC record before coming to shoot at me!
